Coaching in Organisations

Promoting good mental health, developing the resilience needed to be able to maintain wellbeing for challenges that arise in life and taking action early is vital in preventing psychological distress.  Emotional resilience is particularly important quality for helping professionals, as it can help professionals adapt positively to stressful working conditions, manage emotional demands, foster effective coping strategies, improve wellbeing and enhance professional growth (Morrison 2007, Collins 2008, McDonald et al. 2012, Stephens 2013). 

 

Coaching can be used to promote positive habits, increase job satisfaction, improve working relationships and develop the resilience needed to be able to maintain wellbeing for challenges that arise in life and preventing psychological distress.

Coaching could also be used alongside Mindfulness and meditations programmes to enhance staff wellbeing.

I can offer group programmes as well as one to one sessions in the workplace.
