You may not be able to control every situation and its outcome, but you can control your reactions and your beliefs about yourself. 

Life Coaching is a holistic approach to personal change and development.  It is an opportunity to take some time out of your everyday life to review your direction, explore your options and have support in making purposeful change. Often people come to life coaching without a specific goal and just feel 'stuck'. Other times people have a clear goal in mind but are struggling to achieve that goal for a variety of reasons. 


It could be that there is a certain challenge you want to overcome, or you are facing a significant transition in your life, or perhaps you just want to dedicate some time to reviewing your current situation and think about how to keep moving forward.

Sessions can be carried out face to face (I am based in South Croydon) or over Skype.  I offer a free initial consultation session to explore your current situation and assess which coaching package would best suit your needs.  Personalised packages can be created for people who would like more intensive support. Examples of packages:


1 day in depth coaching - £450

Face to face - South Croydon, Surrey

Take time out of your daily routine to review what you feel is blocking your

happiness, wellbeing or success. Gain a deeper clarity of what is important to you

and what you would like to achieve. Leave with a plan of how to move forward. 

Includes: Pre session questionnaires, 1-day coaching intensive (6 hours), refreshments, 

lunch, bespoke exercises and recommendations, 1-follow up review call.

Suitable for: People who want to work in person, need immediate clarity and a

focused plan, love workshop style learning, with brainstorming and mapping out with

paper and post-its. You will leave with a plan and be supported with a review coaching


30 day programme - £300

Face to face - South Croydon, Surrey or Online

Includes: 4 coaching sessions, action plans sent after each session, bespoke

coaching exercises and creative journal prompts, weekly motivational emails between


Suitable for: People who are stuck on a tough question or with succeeding in an

area of their lives.  Suited to those those who enjoy completing worksheets and

courses and are willing to try embedding new exercises and routines into their daily


3 month programme - £375

Face to face - South Croydon, Surrey or Online

Includes: 5 coaching sessions and 1 review call, bespoke coaching exercises and 

weekly motivational emails between sessions.

Suitable for: People who want to work at a slower pace, do more research and

action in between sessions, and desire change and transformation in multiple areas. 

Hourly sessions: book 3 or more single sessions and use them flexibly to suit your lifestyle - £75 an hour

If you would like to explore coaching but would like to take a 'pay as you go' approach, or your timetable makes it difficult to pre book dates far in advance then contact me to discuss booking a block of sessions (minimum of 3) and using them as and when you need them.

Includes: 1 x hour coaching session (face to face or online), follow up notes, action plan with personalised exercise and motivational email sent after the session.

Coaching can have profound and lasting impacts on peoples lives. However everyone is at different points of their life and will be experiencing different circumstances. Payment plans can be agreed if you know that you are committed to change but need to pay in instalments.
