I am a Special Education and Inclusion Consultant based in South London. I am passionate about advocating for equality and empowerment. I look for opportunities to use my experience and skills to enhance provision for inclusion and wellbeing in a variety of settings. I am fascinated by Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation and Neuroscience. I believe that a persons external environment alongside their internal dialogue have a profound impact on their wellbeing, happiness, relationships and success.
About what i do....
I have been supporting people to overcome barriers to success and reaching their potential in a variety of ways throughout my career.
I utilise my background and experience in Education alongside my training in Coaching and Positive Psychology to provide a range of services that promote community, belonging and strong relationships across schools and with families. I also work to facilitate positive mental health, self belief and enhanced resilience. I work one to one, with families, deliver workshops, run classes and provide advisory services. I take a flexible approach to each project I undertake and use my expertise to provide a highly personalised package of support.
Feedback from those I have worked with is that I can be relied on to remain calm and am skilled at working in challenging environments.
I absolutely love what I do - helping others to realise their potential, empowering people to value and believe in themselves, and help create environments that allow people to flourish. I view it as a privilege to be able to provide support in people's lives and make a difference to their wellbeing.
